Beverly's classmate Ray Brooks (verified) possibly signed that yearbook with only his first name 'Ray'. If you compare the word 'say' written in his comment to what is alleged to be 'Roy' it sure does look like an 'a' for 'Ray' rather than an 'o' for 'Roy'.
