In January this man had shot at two female neighbors, burst through their fence and stabbed one of them. He was charged with assault with a deadly weapon.
Why did he still have guns? Why was he out of jail?

the irony is that the NEA, long a toady of the revolution, does not realize that schools statistically are safer for children than their own homes or any other definable venue.

“Act to keep dangerous weapons away from dangerous people.
Act to keep dangerous communist pig teachers away from our children.

I’m sure you omitted a “not” in your first line of explanation.
Let’s see how your assertion holds up in court in the almost certain wrongful death lawsuit.
They are told of a violent felon, out on bail, shooting a firearm and threatening neighbors, and they are held harmless under the law?
I don’t think so.

Wonder if the NEA keeps a “Crises Resource Page” on the Constitution?

"a school that looks like a prison "
I don't fly as much as I did before 9/11, however, when taking off and landing, I've noticed there is almost no way to tell a prison from a new school from the air. The football field is usually the only difference from the air.

After 30 years and 9 ‘overhauls’ our national education level is behind Estonia. The NEA should disband or take responsibility for its failures.

What a surprise. Blame firearms for gun deaths, blame drivers for driving drunk.
If nothing else, they’re consistent in their useless calls for more laws.
