ill bet theres just as many false rape accusations as there are real ones....ive met plenty that loved threatening that stuff about men. Women know they’ll get attention and sympathy...makes it bad for the real claims. Provocative, but its true..

From Wikipedia: Lester Moore was purportedly a Wells, Fargo & Co. station agent in the border town of Naco who died in a shootout with Hank Dunstan over a mangled package.
Problem is, there was never anyone named Lester Moore who was killed in Arizona Territory and there is no evidence to indicate where Dunstan (who also died in the purported shootout) was buried.
Local officials made up the epitaph, along with others, to attract the tourist trade to the sleepy town of Tombstone.
A few years ago a team 11-12 year old of girl soccer players rented the house behind one I owned, while they were in town for a tournament . I caught them vandalizing my place. When confronted, they said: "If you call the police we will tell them that you tried to rape us." And when I went up to have a discussion with their coach / chaperon, she said essentially the same thing.

i could tell stories that would curl your hair....this stuff about 30 - 40 years ago...sorry, but im not buying it. How do you prove a negative ...from 40 years ago no less. Is this how elections are gonna be decided now?...Sorry, but that woman with Allred yesterday just looked ridculous...trying to cry, yet no tears at all...53 years old, and trying to act like shes “scared”..give me a break.
Ahhhh....Moore’s attorney is on it. Bet that’s where they found the A.D., too.....within the court documents.

I'm eagerly looking forward to seeing how both Judge Moore's handwriting and his assistant's initials were both forged, each in their own respective handwriting.

I’ve been trying to follow this, and have 2 questions which may already have been answered, but:
1) Why was the yearbook signed in December of that year (”Merry Christmas”) instead of in late spring/early summer when most yearbooks come out before graduation?
2) If the woman who petitioned the court for a divorce saw that her “attacker” was the judge, why didn’t she ask for his recusal at that time (or file complaints/appeals after her case was dismissed)?
If a judge had any relationship beyond a nodding acquaintance, he should offer to recuse himself.
He did not. Either he missed an ethical requirement or he did not know her.
Well, playing Devil’s Advocate, she may NOT have had any contact with the judge, as the divorce would have been handled by her lawyer; and if the divorce action was dismissed early in the proceedings it’s possible she was never even in the courtroom, and did not see him. However, she certainly would have been given a copy of the dismissal with the judge’s signature.
Ain’t that the truth.
She used to be pretty except for her crooked nose....way out of joint.
