And those in the US Postal Service are the lowest of the low. Here in California, our DMV has actually improved to the point where I’d rather go there than to the Post Office. These people generally enjoy pissing you off just because they feel that they can without any fear of retribution. And you’re right about their ethnicity. They aren’t all Black, but virtually none of them are White.
