This may offer some insight into why the UK government is inviting in so many Muslims, and doing everything it can to appease and accommodate them, even to the extent of letting Muslim rape gangs run wild for years, with British authorities too afraid of being called racist and Islamophobic to do anything about: key members of the British political elite, including Prince Charles, dont find the Islamic supremacist world view, particularly in its hatred of and paranoia toward Jews, all that different from its own.
Prince Charles blames foreign Jews for Middle East turmoil in 1986 letter, by Chantal Da Silva, Independent, November 12, 2017 (thanks to MH):
Prince Charles has come under fire after it came to light that he blamed the influx of foreign Jews for causing unrest in the Middle East and called on the US to take on the Jewish lobby in a letter penned in 1986.
Writing to his friend Laurens van der Post, the Prince argued that the exodus of European Jews in the middle of the last century helped to cause the great problems in the Middle East.
I now appreciate that Arabs and Jews were all a Semitic people originally + it is the influx of foreign, European Jews (especially from Poland, they say) which has helped to cause the great problems, the Prince wrote in a letter published by the Daily Mail.
I know there are so many complex issues, but how can there ever be an end to terrorism unless the causes are eliminated? he added.
Surely some US president has to have the courage to stand up and take on the Jewish lobby in the US? I must be naive, I suppose!
The letter was found in a public archive and was written on 24 November, 1986, following an official visit the then-38-year-old Prince made to Saudia Arabia, Bahrain and Qatar with the late Princess Diana.
The Prince of Wales wrote that the tour was fascinating and that he had learned a lot about the Middle East and Arab outlook.
Tried to read bit of Koran on way out and it gave me some insight in to the way they [Arabs] think and operate, he wrote in the letter.
Dont think they could understand us through reading Bible though!
As to "once upon a time.." -- that ended in the 1600s with the "glorious revolution" when the English threw out their rightful kings, the Stuarts and replaced them with first the Dutch king then with German princes (to add to the fact that they had a Norman-French king, invited the French Dauphin to rule over them, had Welsh kings (the Tudors) and Scottish kings (the Stuarts)
As to abolishing the monarchy - this is a figurehead, serves as good a purpose as the German President and is cheaper. Plus Chucky won't live long - Willie will take the throne
“Captain Jack Aubrey — Chucky doesn’t rule a country, not now and not when(IF) he becomes king. the monarch in the UK has very little actual ruling they can do “
Nonetheless, it is the king’s country, not the people’s. The king is the sovereign. In the US, the people are sovereign. A big difference. The king is the head of state. Here it’s the president.
This is news? He wrote this letter back in 1986, so for 33 years, everyone’s known Charly’s views. Hardly worth repeating now. What next? Pictures of him in King School(or wherever the royal family learns its stuff) yearbook in blackface? King Edward abdicated partly so he could marry a Catholic, and partly because he was in sympathy with Hitler.
As for kings, we “foreign Jooos!” do have a royal family, the descendants of David and Solomon, and some of them are known. Whatever England does after Queen Elizabeth kicks off, it’s strictly their concern. Whoever takes over whatever it is that a British monarch does in this day and age, monarchy isn’t a bad idea in principle, and I think I’ll be pushing for a return of the Davidic dynasty in Israel.
