So sorry for the loss of innocent lives. Couldnt the Good Lord be more specific about who he takes down? Its always the poor peasants, who are just trying to scrape by in this life. Why cant He direct his wrath towards Capitol Hill, D.C., USA?

Earthquakes are caused by the movement of tectonic plates.
If it were God, you would know, it would be exceptionally destructive and no one would have survived.
