A friend of mine told me when that song came out her father, not knowing what it meant, liked the song. So she explained to him what the song was about.
His answer: “Oh, you kids today see messages in everything”. He did not believe her.
We laughed so hard over that one.
Too bad it wasn’t the era of karaoke or you could have gotten him on stage to perform it! “Why’re all these sissy boys wanting my number?” :-p
