Sad that political correctness forces only ONE (unsuccessful)
treatment onto these poor patients. It would be better for them to get therapy to accept themselves as having gender dysphoria. That their environmental birth defect means they are still a boy/man even when they so deeply identify as a female. And we need to accept them this way too. We need all to be loving and kind to kids who have gender dysphoria and help them live out their lives how they like, without mutilating them and forcing them to be the opposite gender.

I agree. It’s exploitative to such a sad degree. Someone’s environment even before they have memory can affect their personality and behavior and self identity. Something such as not being held as an infant can cause a lot of detachment problems when older. The brain is still a mysterious thing in many ways. Of course other such serious and clearly dysfunctional environments like physical, emotional, or sexual abuse contributes as well.
