Exactly where was the abuse ? What difference does it make where the bag is located, it was found on his person ?

The video does not show that the bag was found on his person at all. It shows the officer picking up a bag on the ground, placing the bag in the suspect's wallet, and then telling other officers repeatedly that he found it in the suspect's wallet.

Correct. But there may be video from the other officers showing that they found it in his shirt pocket which all of the officers involved agreed to in writing. The media is playing you for a fool. None of this was even questioned until it came to court and the lawyer thought he could get the cocaine charge thrown out by claiming it was planted. Since the judge disagreed, it is likely that the Judge has seen the other videos that the media WON'T SHOW YOU.

I have to challenge the last part. The officer said the NARCO was in the wallet. He never said he found it there and it was very clear from the video that he placed it in the wallet in full view of the other officer AND the suspect.
