Yes. .the police had a car hit the suspect and then they put a brick on the suspect's gas pedal so that it would look like he was running. . then when they pulled him over, they put the gun in the trunk, then the cocaine went into the wallet. . yea, that's the ticket. . COPS GUILTY!!!
Clearly this upstanding citizen would not, under any circumstance, be expected to have coke on his person.
