Not surprisingly, Mitt Romney has said that he “believes Leigh Corfman”, and that Moore should take his name off the ballot. I’m not sure why Mitt thinks that Alabama conservatives give a rat’s tush what he thinks.

same here. While our President is on an amazing trip in Asia, being shown huge respect, beautiful ceremonies and terrific speeches, our media can't find time to cover it. I will stick to watching it via youtube links on FreeRepublic.

My mother was 22 years younger than my Dad. He was a WWI
vet, wounded at the battle of the Argonne Forest in 1918.
He was born in 1893, she in 1915.
She dated guys her own age, but found them immature compared to my Dad.
Her Father objected, but her love for Dad overcame.
They were both devout Catholics. I was born in 1944. She was 29. He was 51. He died in 1968, she in 1980.
I miss them both.
