I went to a all-men’s college in a rural area.
It was the perception among the locals that we were all headed for success, which, in local terms, was more or less true.
So, at open social events, we would encounter young beauties a) from other colleges; and b) from the area.
The age range on townies was 13-23 or so. Thirteens are easy to spot, but as you go to 14 and above, the right-hand tail of the hotness and maturity bell curve becomes increasingly convincing.
No guy, even a drunk guy, would KNOWINGLY go with a fourteen year old, at least not in my day. But a girl with a fake ID who lied about her age and had “dated” other college-aged men?
THAT HISTORY IS HIGHLY RELEVANT.
We disagree. In the situation you cite, preventing interaction is the goal, so considering contemporary behavior of the girl is critical.
In this allegation, the sexual history since the alleged incident is irrelevant.
Trying to use it will inevitably garner sympathy for this non-credible accuser.
