So, what is happening in Lebanon and might happen, to cause Kuwait and SA to order their civilians get out of there?

I was told years ago that the war in Lebanon (by Hesbollah) was paid for by Dubai and whoever supported them,to disrupt the rich of the world from a peaceful nation (where you could sail on the waters and ski in the mountains on the same day) and go to Dubai and spend your money
