As it is, it is a piece of fiction that Steele either wrote himself or someone in Fusion wrote it and Steele put his name on it for a price.
Which then to me begs the question, where did the $9 million go since it didn’t cost $9 million to write up 30 pages of fantasy fiction. I think its evidence of further fraud and money laundering.
