According to my “Sexual Harassment” training, many years ago: “Even giving a woman the ‘once over,’ or looking her up and down, is considered Harassment.” I agree. Grabbing a woman, anyplace on her body, is Sexual Assault.
There is a caveat. It has to be “unwanted.” How is one to know?

The multitude of complaints desensitizes in the public eye the seriousness of the actual women and children raped and seriously assaulted.

I think that's how they manage to keep Abortion Clinics open. So many are done that the public is just desensitized to it.

There is a big difference between that and harassment which I’ll bet most women in the work force experience and deal with without even thinking about it.

And yet the same liberals/democrats/idiots/whatever that forced the government employees and private company employees to spend countless hours attending Sexual Harassment Classes are the ones still sexually harassing women.
