"Page said that he was contacted by a Wall Street Journal reporter on July 26, 2016, a week after Steele wrote the memo, about any contacts he had with Sechin and Diveykin."
!!!!!! DING DING DING.... this could be hugely important, because it suggests that someone (Fusion GPS, with strong prior contacts to the WSJ) was behind the scenes feeding info from the Steele memo to the WSJ immediately after Steele's memo would have been sent to Fusion GPS. The "dossier" was not public until many months later, so how did a WSJ reporter get the word to ask Carter Page about Sechin and Diveykin in July of 2016??? DING DING DING.....

We already knew the dossier was being shopped around, so this is really not a big revelation. The real question is who exactly was doing the shopping of it around to the press outlets? Was it really Steele as has been reported or was it someone else?

Numerous articles have said that Fusion GPS shopped the dossier to news outlets. These outlets supposedly tried to verify the contents without success, and did not publish it(excepting NBC, which owns Buzzfeed). Page’s statement fits that perfectly. Hillary was paying GPS to promulgate Russian propaganda to interfere with the election. I suggest arresting her and holding her on $1 billion bond. She has the scratch.
I’d love to see the trail of the dossier to Buzzfeed, and whether NBC, GPS, or something else, tossed it to them.
