Kudos to Willeford. The article above doesn’t mention it but he was also using an AR-15 style rifle. Just saying....
“After hearing the “pop pop pop pop” sound that was all too familiar to a former NRA instructor...”
In the Crowder interview he said it sounded like somebody was tapping on his window. His daughter came running up from the kitchen and said it was shooting. He said he didn’t think so, but followed his daughter into the kitchen where it was more distinct - and when he opened the door then he knew.
Two points - the sound of gunfire can be very deceiving, and reporters often try to write in a compelling fashion - even if it doesn’t quite fit the facts. (Although I guess once he opened the door the statement is true.)
Swift sword and impenetrable shield of the Lord is without mercy as the time for mercy was before the slaughter of innocents ever started.
“The article above doesnt mention it but he was also using an AR-15 style rifle”
The media is choosing to ignore this fact.
He felt the Lord led him to know where the shoot the bad guy...in the side which was not covered by his bullet proof vest.
