Everyone answers a series of written questions buying a gun. If he answered any of the falsely he bought it illegally. He was denied for CCW but each buy requires all those questions.
If he was denied a Texas LTC, as the Governor said, it seems like that means there is something that shows up on a background check?
Presumably it should have showed up on the rifle background check as well?
