The nature of Rand Paul's injuries suggest that Boucher used something other than his fists. If so, they can put him away for assault with a deadly weapon or even attempted murder rather than the standard assault charge. Who knows - he may enjoy prison. Other than him being attacked from behind while wearing ear protection, I’ve seen no description of what happened. Makes me wonder if he tried to run down Paul with his own lawnmower, or tipped it over on him.
