Republicans control the WA State Senate by 1 vote with the support of conservative rat Senator Tim Sheldon.

Special election for the seat of late Republican Andy Hill on Tues, Dino Rossi was appointed to temporarily fill the vacancy but isn’t running (he’s running for Congress).

It’s a competitive seat in a traditionally GOP area. Won the rats in 2006 but taken back in 2010. Shillery carried it, I don’t know by how much.

The Republican candidate is an Asian lady who says she didn’t vote for Trump. Before you say it, I don’t care, control is at stake. Nose, spite, face. She at least opposes the WA AG’s lawsuit against the travel ban. Rats will have free reign to raise taxes if their Seattle Socialist wins.
