Oh wow. How long can all of the corruption continue?
I wish people...expecially the media...would learn the meaning of the words they use. A waiver is NOT a loophole! It’s a waiver. It was purposely created. A loophole is an exception or work-around unintentionally created or inadvertently left unaddressed.

Smoke screen at best. The real corruption is union contracts usually say job title X is paid Y times the minimum wage. This allows politician s to give wage increases to union members.

Liberals scream for equality but fail to understand equality before the law. Legislatures are exempt from many laws as are police and other favored groups. It builds resentment. It is unfair.
This is the FIRST I have heard of this.
And this is very important. I had never, ever understood this. These higher minimum wages are completely a trick, to promote unionization.

This waiver is backdoor union organizing via pro-union Democrat government lawmakers, sort of like Obama’s Dept. of Labor.
What most people do NOT realize:
EVERY single penny that minimum wages are increased during the life of ANY union contract, the union gets the same increase—penny for penny.
IF a union contract calls for $38.00 per hour & minimum wage goes up 75 cents, then that person’s wage goes up to $38.75 per hour.
That is why unions always are supporting minimum wage increases.
