NICE shot of the moon. Love the sunset pink sky.
I got to bed a little later than intended last night because when I stepped out to toss some cans in the trash, I saw it was foggy and I love a foggy night. I snapped a few pix that turned out ok but got a nice one of the moon overhead through the fog and trees.
I love fog, too! That’s a great picture. Would have been perfect for Halloween! :)
Indeed, last night’s weather would have been perfect for Halloween! The fog was really thick but the moon was so bright, everything was lit up nicely.
It’s supposed to get foggy again tonight. :-)
I wish it would get foggy here, but there is no humidity to speak of. Although, it does look lke there’s a small row of showers just to the west of us. Fingers crossed!
I would have had to stay out a long time in that beautiful foggy evening! Were the kittehs out with you?
The back of the farm drops off into a lake so we get fog fairly often but it was foggy in large areas across the state last night. We probably would have had fog more nights this week but it was windy. No wind last night.
I’d have stayed out longer last night but reeeeeeeeally needed to hit the sack. I stayed out too long as it was and paid for it this morning. LOL
No, no cats outside with me. I bring them in before dark each evening because the coyotes come out to hunt at dusk. There are several that live in the woods behind us.

Glad your quest for a new mouse was realized. I know that feeling of using a perfectly good system, but the rest have passed you by. So glad you got a new mouse, AND it is doing a very good job for you. Funny how some new stuff makes you realize that the old, although working, is just plain OLD.

Yes, a lake that close. TVA dammed up the Elk River to create it in the ‘70s and up to that point, the farm went down to the river. There are pix of his parents and their friends having picnics by the river years ago.
We don’t fish but a lot of people do. Lots of big fish and they have tournaments a few times a year.
I’m hoping you’ll get lucky enough to catch “The Boop” as it happens. LOL! But the look on Ghost’s face in this shot is priceless. He KNOWS he’s The Stuff!

I now have the bed and blanket and new pillows. The mattress topper and a set of sheets are coming from amazon. I cannot find a comforter I like. I have to find one by the 15th...AJ is stopping for a couple days on his way home to Georgia. He’s been at work 9 weeks.

Yes, the sale was successful and there were only a few clothing items left. We’re donating them to DAV.
We were all glad when we closed up today. It’s been a long week for all of us.
Those two are a hoot. Gotta be fun watching them because just seeing pix cracks me up. Cats can be quite entertaining. LOL!

Glad you found good deals today. Too bad you aren’t having much luck with the comforter. You might have to settle for a comforter you aren’t wild about. Hey, it’s the guest room. You don’t have to look at it every day and as long as it keeps guests warm, that’s the important thing. :-)
Bet AJ is looking forward to going home for a bit. That’s a long time to be away. Let’s hope his wife doesn’t have a long “Honey-do” list waiting for him. LOL
