There is a LOT of things going on behind the curtain between Saudi Arabia and President Trump, so we may not get the whole answer to this. But this looks like a major win for President Trump. I wonder if Carlos Slim is getting nervous.
I just got back over to Abu Dhabi a few days ago for some aerospace/military work that will keep me here a few weeks. Will be interesting to see how the local news handles this (nothing on National/ae yet). Will post if anything interesting comes up.
