On "Special Report" tonight, Charles Hurt reacted to former Democratic National Committee chairwoman Donna Brazile's bombshell claim that the DNC rigged the Democratic presidential primary to ensure that Hillary Clinton won the nomination over Bernie Sanders.
Brazile alleged that the DNC was in debt and signed an agreement with the Clinton campaign to keep the party financially afloat. She said that effectively turned the party’s financial, strategy and staffing decisions over to the Clinton team.
"We have three Watergate-level scandals going on right now involving the Clintons," Hurt said, pointing to the recent revelations about the controversial Uranium One deal and the Clinton campaign's financing of the now-infamous Trump dossier.

I’m trying to figure out how the DNC story is a “scandal” in any way. Is there any criminality involved when a political party rigs its own primary process?

Four, deleting her emails and destroying evidence in the face of a probe into her conduct.
Five, Benghazi. Arming AT-affiliated groups. De-stabalizing an entire region and creating an invasion/refugee crisis.
Six, Clinton Foundation looting tens of millions from Haiti relief funds and other money intended for charity.
These had better not be swept under or ignored by the justice dept and congress.

These are criminal and treasonous.
Include the Clinton Foundation play for pay scheme and make that 4 scandals.
It’s the way they financed it. They took a campaign expense and wrote it off as a legal expense to hide it. For all we know some of that 12 million dollars was to murder Seth Rich and other unknown crimes through the law firm’s fixer.
That attorney client privilege shield has been pierced because of the criminal intent. Don’t know why the FBI isn’t sitting on that law firms records confiscating computers and hard drives and such.
Charles is rarely wrong, but he is in this case. Every one of the three scandals is 100X worse than Watergate ever was. And beyond the three in question, there are scores more much, much worse than Watergate.
But WHEN will they get locked up?
Obviously Sessions is compromised. Now, this mess is on Trump. He needs to stop whining like a bitch and fire Sessions and replace him with another cabinet official. No more Cry Baby “Where’s my DOJ”. Do you damn job,Donald.
They took a lot of money from a lot of people under false pretenses, but no I don’t know about the legality either.
Do you think a RAT Congress is going to allow anything to happen? Do you think a GOPe Congress is going to force any issue?
This will all get some air time, speculation, then some "event" will take it off the radar. The Clintons are teflon.
Another fraud angle - the states spent tons of money holding primary elections, and spent that money believing it was for an actual electoral contest for a major political party, and it wasn't a true contest at all.
Then there is the matter of people making donations to the DNC, believing it would be spent to support all DNC candidates and the infrastructure needed for a fair contest and convention...and did not believe they were making a contribution to HRC's campaign operation.
The clintons were involved in enough corruption to be in jail for many years before they even left Arkansas.
Meanwhile, CNN is shooting everything they got at Trump and Sessions 24/7, playing “impeachment” and “we’re not fake news” commercials. Never scene so much treason and sedition on a tv before.
Apparently, the Clinton’s could kill and butcher children on live TV and nothing would happen.
