It’s all absurd, but I think as someone who works in HR in a similar environment,
1. As a HR commissar, you should know the difference between an employee, teacher, and student.
2. It is unfortunate, that as a member of the government-sponsored parasitic class (HR, civil rights lawyers, ethnic lobbies..) you have been indoctrinated into enforcing cultural marxism on corporations and terrorizing employees into compliance.

You speak without knowledge. I’ve never once enforced any kind of anything against someone based purely on their speech. I’m a corporate lawyer responsible for keeping my corporation out of legal trouble, and HR is one significant source of legal trouble in today’s world, so I happen to know a lot about it, and was hoping to confer a bit of my knowledge on those who may be reading it and working in similar environments, in order that they might avoid problems for themselves in the future.
