White House says Saipov should be considered ‘enemy combatant’
The Washington Times ^ | November 1st, 2017 | By Dave Boyer and Andrea Noble

The White House said Wednesday that it considers the New York terrorist attacker to be an enemy combatant, a status which would make him subject to military justice.

“I believe we would consider this person to be an enemy combatant, yes,” said White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders. “I think the actions that he took certainly justify that.”

Terrorist suspect Sayfullo Saipov, a native of Uzbekistan, is accused of killing eight people and injuring 11 others by mowing them down with a rented truck on a bike path in lower Manhattan Tuesday. President Trump said he would consider sending Mr. Saipov to the Guantanamo Bay terrorist detention center. Mrs. Sanders said the president “wasn’t necessarily advocating for it.”

Asked about the president’s call for quicker and tougher justice in terrorism prosecutions, Mrs. Sanders said Mr. Trump “was simply expressing his frustration” with the lengthy legal process that often comes with such cases.

Perfect.

This opens up a lot of alternatives to dealing with these matters.

Gitmo. Firing squad. Courts Martial. Waterboard.

Lot's of new stuff on the table that DOJ doesn't have access to.

Sanders said the president “wasn’t necessarily advocating for it.”

And why the hell not?

I’m sure there are locations other than Gitmo where he could enjoy aquatic activities.

And this is a good debate to have.

All of these acts of war(terrorism) are treated as one off, unique, discrete, civilian criminal acts, and have been handled as such in our civilian criminal justice system.

We have not up to now, considered that these terrorist acts are acts of war.

Let’s have that debate. Let’s have Michael Moore and the liberals argue that he needs to be tried as a civilian criminal in our civilian criminal justice system. Let him and the liberals make their case. I’m all ears.

“Roy Moore Stands by Criticism of Muslims in Congress”

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/3600434/posts

“Common sense alone dictates that in the midst of a war with Islamic terrorists we should not place someone in a position of great power who shares their doctrine,” Moore wrote on WorldNetDaily.com. “In 1943, we would never have allowed a member of Congress to take their oath on Mein Kampf, or someone in the 1950s to swear allegiance to the ‘Communist Manifesto.’ Congress has the authority and should act to prohibit Ellison from taking the congressional oath today!”

What’s the difference between this guy and a Nazi saboteur?

An Enemy Combatant, out of uniform and behind the lines is commonly known as a “spy” and not protected by the Geneva Conventions.

This is the singular gift the GW Bush admin gave to us.

Sweet, now follow through. Islamic terrorists call this a war. We need to take their words and actions for it and react. And react with extreme prejudice. Pretending it is not just gives them strength.

Waterboard this cretin until we drain him of information and then......
