Hmmm. Almost a dangerous as crossing into meh-eek-Oh with a couple of spent .22 shells in the bed of your pick up truck. Thanks NY. Now, about those compounds where islamists reportedly hang out. Any action on that? No? Hmmm.

Three empty magazines should not get you arrested anywhere that the 2nd Amendment applies.
That leaves out the communist states, CA, MA, NJ, NY, CT, IL, HI

The political bosses of NY have sold out to the Islamic invaders ... the Muslims want to have as many NY citizens disarmed and defenseless as possible
and to HELL with our “inalienable rights” in the meantime

Freedom from marxists of NYS is found 50 miles south in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania...
Much, much, lower taxes.
Amazing gun laws. Like in shall issue CCW. Buy and shoot whatever gun and magazine you like. Castle Law in defending your house...etc.

At least they weren’t those deadly clips.

The judge in the case had the option of giving him 21 years in prison... With the current makeup of the Supreme Court, it could also have resulted in the NY laws being struck down, like Chicago's were.

Three empty magazines should not get you arrested ... Three? Sounds like this could be bordering on a dangerous stockpile.

I don’t believe it matters if they are full or not. 10+ rounds=felony. SMDH!

And here in WA I was carrying two 40rd .223 magazines (empty) bought at a gun show in a state that’s pretty much liberal.

Or had empty .22 shells rolling around. There was this case where a kid in one of those states brought an empty .223 shell casing to school. It was fired off at a military cemetery. He was suspended and I thing the class went through counseling.

OMG, high capacity pistol magazines without a pistol! He must have been a mass murderer. I guess some NY police have to charge a guy for something to up their collar rate. To bad they just didn't leave it at driving under the influence.

Uh, a blank .223 round case at that. I have several from my dad’s funeral with his flag. What the hell has become of some folks?

The more they can “demonize” anything related to firearms, especially in the eyes of the impressionable youth, the easier it is down the road to disarm the entire populace of the country....and that is their evil goal.
Teach your kids good, safe, basic firearms usage. It drives libs absolutely even more insane than they already are. Put it in their face so they can fear out even more to think a “child” being taught how to shoot.

Guess the 500 rounds of 9mm JHP I keep in the back of my car in case I have some unexpected free time to hit the range makes me a terrorist.
