Can some explain that clip to me? I guess I’m so not racist that I’m truly blind. What was racist about raising his hands to his eyes?

They guy with the goofy hair pictured above hit a homer off the Dodger pitcher, who is a chino. When he got to the dugout he did the "chinky chinky chinaman" thing where you pull your eyes to the side mimicking the slant eyes of the oriental people.
