Ummm, no “I've never been lost, but I was mighty turned around for three days once.” ― Daniel Boone My favorite time being lost in the woods happened when I was about 18. I was on a friends property, about 300 acres of dense woods. I was taking photos and realized I had dropped my lens cap. Oh well. So I got myself might turned around for a couple hours. I wasn't concerned because the property was boundaried by roads on three sides and a barb wire fence on the fourth. So as I'm trying to get my bearings, I stopped, looked at the ground, picked up my lens cap and moved on.

Not really. There wasn’t anybody to not ask directions of, anyway.
