Among the many scandals of the Obama administration that went unnoted by the MSM was a massive political hijacking. Fines levied against financial institutions were diverted from the federal treasury into the coffers of left wing allies of the Obama administration. Now, the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee says he has proof of political bias in selection of nonprofit recipients. Alex Pappas writes at Fox News:
The chairman of the House Judiciary Committee claims he obtained a “smoking gun” email that proves the Obama Justice Department prevented settlement payouts from going to conservative-leaning organizations, even as liberal groups were awarded money and DOJ officials denied “picking and choosing” recipients.
“It is not every day in congressional investigations that we find a smoking gun,” Rep. Bob Goodlatte, R-Va., said Tuesday. “Here, we have it.”

I’m probably not breaking new ground on FR when I say Holder must be tried and executed for his crimes against the American people, Lest our entire system be reduced to a third world-level farce.
There’s something very, very smelly, if not downright illegal (there’s almost always a law somewhere) about strong-arming directed settlements. If the settlements can’t be directed to the aggrieved parties, they should go to the public treasury... but that would be subject to Congressional disbursement rather than a politically brokered plea deal.
So instead, $1B found its way to hardcore leftist groups such as La Raza.

Holder and others know they have little to fear with Jeff Sessions (asleep?) in the Driver’s Seat.
..they didn’t want money going to a group that does “conservative property-rights legal services.”
And another email asks...
“Can you explain to Tony the best way to allocate some money to an organization of our choosing?”
That so-called administration was nothing more than a left-wing crime syndicate with some spiffy graphics designers.
Holder should be among the very first interviewed, under oath, by Congress.
It's one thing to find it, another to use it. USE IT!

The purpose of the Democrat Party is to elect thieves to public office so they can use the power of government to loot the public treasuries and rob the taxpayers.
I've called the Obama administration a legalized criminal mafia for years.
Nothing these pirates do should be surprising here, but Joe America will be interested to learn of their crimes.

I’ll believe this when I see Holder as a defendant in a courtroom.
Holder gave guns to murderous narco-terrorists and has already been found in contempt of Congress.
And they took away his birthday.
Guess what? He still has contempt for congress. This is what happens when a nation changes from the rule of law to `laws, schmaws’.
The Clintons played a large part in ushering in the way things are now in DC. And the country, for that matter, though Obama helped things along tremendously.
The DNC is a hive of scum and villainy. Any sane country would label them an outlaw organization, along with their GOP-e allies.
Those shakedowns, er, fines, were reparations. Whole lotta reparations during Obama’s tenure, starting with the Pigford looting.
Yeah, so what’s gonna happen on this? Nothing. Fast and Furious? Nothing IRS? Oh they had to use tax payer money to settle with the Tea Party groups. VA? Nothing. Benghazi? Nothing.
BUTTTTT, if something can come out of this Clinton Russia scandal which goes all the way up to Obunghole well:-)
