I’m thinking that many times, what is now considered ‘sexual harassment’ was considered ‘flirting’, not too many years ago. I would need to know exactly what was said or done to have an opinion on whether or not it was ‘sexual harassment’. That being said, ANY touching in inappropriate places is harassment. That is always crossing a line.
But women who spoke to CNN say he also had a dark side not made public until now. The stories of harassment shared with CNN range in nature from propositioning employees for sex to kissing and grabbing one’s breasts against her will.
Three of the women who spoke to CNN described Halperin as, without consent, pressing an erection against their bodies while he was clothed.

Reports say one thing he liked to do was press a woody against the young girls. I guess that is called giving them a hint in libspeak.
Sorta seems this way. I worked for the Federal Gov for many years, and we would take mandatory, yearly "Sexual Harassment" workshops. As much as I hated it at the time, I found them quite good. They clearly spelled out what constitutes "Sexual Harassment", as opposed to just flirting or regular male-female behavior.

Geez, I hope there is a statute of limitations on twanging bra straps and copping a feel in the 1950’s!
