A top official from North Korea has reiterated the country's warning to conduct a hydrogen bomb test over the Pacific Ocean.
North Korean official Ri Yong Pil warned that Pyongyang’s threat to conduct a hydrogen bomb test above the surface should be taken seriously, as per a report by CNN.
"The foreign minister is very well aware of the intentions of our supreme leader, so I think you should take his words literally," said Ri Yong Pil in an interview with the CNN.
He further added that the country 'has always brought its words into action'.
Back in September, Ri Yong Ho, the foreign minister of North Korea had raised the possibility of Pyongyang testing a hydrogen bomb over the Pacific by coming up with strong statements at the UN General Assembly.
With the latest comments, Ri Yong Pil, has now made it clear that the country has every intention to carry on the threat.

I see no problem. We just don’t have any Titan II’s in the inventory for an airburst of a W53.
My guess is that the mountain underneath which they have been allegedly conducting tests cannot take the strain anymore and would collapse if another test was conducted (or while the equipment was being readied).
If and when thwy do, they will makr a whole lot of Commercial Merchant Marine Sailors really angry at them, and do they ever fight! They have a mean and OH, BROTHER, DO I, mean a TERRIBLR M-E-A-N streak.
They may do need to find a new test site. Since NK is a small country, it could be difficult to find another suitable site inside.
I think an even more effective message would be to park one or two "boomers" a couple of hundred miles south of the Korean Peninsula.And after doing so let that fat psychopath's pals,the Chinese and Russians,know that we've done so.
Word is sure to get to him quickly.

If the NORK Fat Boy does this, it will likely result in an electromagnetic pulse (EMP) that could knock out electronics and power grids, depending upon the location of the detonation. This certainly would be considered an act of war.
Shoot it down before it leaves NK airspace. Let the debris fall in their own country.
