The N.A.A.C.P. on Tuesday warned African-Americans to exercise caution when traveling on American Airlines, citing a pattern of “disrespectful” and “discriminatory” behavior from the company.
The organization’s warning came in the form of a travel advisory that described four recent times when black passengers were said to have been discriminated against. The N.A.A.C.P. said the similarity of the episodes suggested “a corporate culture of racial insensitivity and possible racial bias.”

No, they want to force them to hire blacks - not to really work, but just to transfer wealth. Large private-sector firms are always expected to kick in for the reparations scam; they basically function as arms of the government.
Well from my personal experience what they say publicly and what they demand in private are two separate things. What they really want is the $$$ and public cache of demonstrating they have major corporate donors.
I worked in the 70s for one of the major civil rights outfits and they had perfected the “blacklisting” technique to shakedown companies for donations, masked to be - for them - buying ads in their magazine that had sales of barely above zero. But they got to show those corporations as major donors. They - all of them - did the same thing with the “minority” hiring for construction in NYC. Yea, a few “faces” on some jobs were present, but most the $$$ went to the civil rights outfits, buttressing their own organizations. Jesse Jackson perfected the techniques with his operation push. Being the paid head of that “civil rights” outfit gave him a handsome living.
Sure; in this case the fake jobs created are at the “magazine” instead of the targeted firm. And yes, the “leaders” make quite a lucrative living from it.
