As a Californian, I am having a good bellylaugh. There are now more non-citizen Hispanics (60% of the Hispanic population or 3.5M souls), the majority of which can’t or refuse to speak English, than taxpaying hispanics in California. California is finally going to have to face the music they wrote and pay for these non-citizens out of the state coffers, instead of throwing the cost to the Feds (citizen taxpayers). I foresee drastic budget cuts in the future and maybe even a change in sanctuary policy as the state comes to the realization that non-citizens are no longer a cash cow for the state.

But you are thinking like a conservative, using intelligence and logic. Liberals put their ideology before all else, and will be happy to bankrupt the state and destroy it before admitting anything is wrong. They’ll cover up the problems, blaming anything that comes to light on those pointing it out, like Trump.
