[Bill Clinton] got his seal of approval — and with it a grant of leeway — by championing certified “progressive causes.” That's how it works with the Left -- all (or most) is overlooked and forgiven if you're on the "correct" side of their pet political issues. Even after Weinstein got caught he thought he could still get a pass by vowing to destroy the NRA.
