You were right when you said we probably should start all over with the FBI. Problem is we need to do the same thing with the CIA even worse.

that anytime we try and make a case on her about Russian bribery of the 145 million she had transferred to the Clinton foundation it only looks like sour grapes. At least the drivebys will portray it that way.
The deep state is skilled in creating ops that totally circumvent our justice system. Just imagine the guy who only got 48 months for doing what he did and fined 250k after making millions.It's all about Clinton lawyers limiting the evidence that can be looked at by criminal judges and prosecutors who are already bought and paid for.
Very similar to what is going on right now in dc with Imran Awan. They got a heavy weight Clinton lawyer who limited what they could go after Imran on,illegal borrowing or some such pap instead of the other thousand charges from murder on down he could have been prosecuted on. If you can circumvent the judicial system and get the media to cover for you it's possible to get away with almost anything.
