I am in Germany on business in a little town near the netherlands border, things are different here dramatically in 5 years regarding the ethnicity of the population etc,,
We may never know their motive.

German cops report that it’s NOT a migrant. It’s a guy who’ve they’ve detained in the past for theft and drunken behavior.
Compared to twenty years ago, I’d say that violent behavior is occurring more often today. Some of this is related to drug usage, and some to serious alcohol consumption.
