My thought exactly. Apparently she wants to eat her mice and free her country without bloodshed yet she gives no way to do that because there isn't one.
In the end this evil regime will be obliterated but our hands are tied until they make the first move or we look like the big bullies instead of the liberators we would actually be if we just took them out with some well placed bombs. Would there be some innocent casualties? Unfortunately in war there is but they can be minimized. Doing nothing kills far more in the long run though.
I can understand her worry. Any war with North Korea will mean a lot of oppressed and suffering people are likely to be killed. At the same time, a decapitation raid is difficult to impossible. However, if fat boy is allowed to continue, the horror will be even greater with the possibility it could spread to other countries by his nuclear obsession.
