Given that 25% of the Dem party is black, somebody (D. Patrick, K. Harris, etc.) will go for that voting bloc. The whole party is built on identity politics, and Biden/Cuban/Sanders don’t sell to them.
I wouldn’t rule out a castro brother from the southwest going for that voting block as well...
