You have not spent much time around lawyers have you? Sessions’ answer gave nothing away as to what is literally going on... NOW you stop playing like you are smarter than Sessions.
Because someone has something on him!
Sessions only responds when his honesty is questioned, or personal accusation is made against him; Only then does he become fired up. But when it comes to fighting for justice he is docile and uninterested. The Lord says do justice and walk humbly before your God. Sessions does neither. It would be better to be commended of God than man. He is the pharisee who makes a pretense before man when his ‘person’ is in question. Sessions traded eternal reward for the praise of fallen man.
I also felt let down at first, but on reading what he said, I think he was very smart.
He said basically, “If it were me I would go before senior ethics officials”
It almost came off as an afterthought, but in a very diplomatic way he said the ethic will be investigated.
Unbelievable. It’s as if he has been gagged!

I couldn’t agree more that Sessions has been an absolute, worthless disaster and needs to be fired.
I knew when he kept McCabe on, who is up to his eyeballs in corruption, Sessions was not the man that I thought he was.
He’s turned out to be nothing but a wimp.
We should urge President Trump to fire him immediately, because he clearly isn’t doing his job.
“It would be his decision, he is a man of integrity and ability,” Sessions said. “If he feels that he has an inability to proceed with this investigation, it would be his responsibility to make that determination and should consult as I told you I would, as I have done, with the senior ethics committee at the department.”
I've noticed that too. Notice that his eyes open wide when he defends himself.
My thoughts are that he is just a sissy and doesn’t want to involve himself in anything that would require fighting Democrats where the stakes are high. Although these sissies have a weird habit of turning against their former supporters when forced to take action. Expect Sessions to refuse to resign and maybe even attack Trump if asked again.
