It’s a tactic the Left uses to get attention. They did the same to Cantor just before he was ousted. What you need to look at is the circumstances surrounding the ‘protest’.
In this case, how did several dozen crappily-dressed Illegals manage to get into a press conference featuring the leading Democrat in the country? Likewise, roughly the same number of Illegals managed to stage a ‘sit-in’ at Cantor’s DC office...try that and see how far you get...and cameras just happened to be rolling too.
I’m not sure the tactic works - in Cantor’s case, they were trying to make him look tough on Illegal Immigration, to keep him from being ousted over it...but thankfully his constituents didn’t buy it. Here, I’m not sure, but they may be trying to make Pelosi also ‘look tough’ so that whatever she agrees to doesn’t look like a sell-out to Trump.
I am not so sure. Why do they keep protesting Nancy? This has happened to her several times. What are they accusing her of except not doing enough for Amnesty for all? What do they think Nancy wants?
It seems off to me. If you research it, there was a group that seems to move in on cue in a previous "speech" or "town-hall". Some of the same protesters are there. Why do they keep letting these people in to Nancy's meetings if the same people (now 3 times?) keep showing up to scream at her for TOTAL AMNESTY?
I could be wrong. It just doesn't feel right to me. It is not the typical liberal MO to eat their heroes.
