WASHINGTON Missouri Attorney Gen. Josh Hawley, Republicans top recruit to challenge Democratic Sen. Claire McCaskill, wont commit to voting for Mitch McConnell as Senate Republican leader if elected in 2018.
Hawleys campaign spokesman, Scott Paradise, was asked directly whether his boss would support McConnell. Paradise deflected the question.
The Senate is broken and failing the people of Missouri, he said in an email.
Josh is running because he is not willing to tolerate the failure of the D.C. establishment any longer, Paradise said. He wont tolerate Claire McCaskills failure. And he wont tolerate Republican failure, either.

He says the Senate is broken but won’t say if he will vote against the guy responsible for the disaster. This is like saying you’re not sure if you would replace a losing coach whose team always comes in last place.
Typical GOP-esque deflective response.
What sane person in the Senate would back failed GOP Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell to remain as Senate Leader. Folks....the GOP Primary revolution is alive and well, and will not be stopped. Go Bannon, go Gorka, Go POTUIS, Trump...drain the McConnell GOP swamp dry!!!
Win in Virginia, win in Alabama, go for a win in New Jersey....too, even if NJ is a long shot. You gotta be in it to win it. Come 2018 GOP, win it all in the Mid-Term election. Completely politically destroy the entire “Hate America” Democrat Party.
If hes a GOP (Establishment) recruit, we need to be slow to back him.
This particular candidate is both Establishment and Bannon backed.
This is good news because you have a candidate who has statewide identity, not someone like that Neanderthal that ran from out of left field against McCaskill last time ( Todd Akin?)!
Where is Marsha Blackburn on Mitch?
I won’t be surprised if he wins then changes his mind.
This ... candidate is ... Bannon backed.

Good! Bannons vetting/backing is good enough for me.
his not committing to support McConnell will likely get him more votes.
Like Trump he’ll run a lean campaign and WIN
Don't be silly he hasn't even negotiated his cut yet.
