CNBCs own 'Dr. Doom' Faber: 'Thank God white people populated America'

Market doomsayer Marc "Dr. Doom" Faber has launched a racially charged diatribe in his latest newsletter, alleging that the U.S. is great primarily because it is ruled by white people.

The eccentric Gloom, Boom & Doom report author, who often speaks on CNBC and other financial media, generally forecasting some type of market downturn, focused his latest comments on the racial conflicts happening around the country.

(A CNBC spokesperson said it will not book him in the future.)

"And thank God white people populated America, and not the blacks. Otherwise, the US would look like Zimbabwe, which it might look like one day anyway, but at least America enjoyed 200 years in the economic and political sun under a white majority," he wrote.

"I am not a racist, but the reality — no matter how politically incorrect — needs to be spelled out."

Reached for comment via email, Faber did not back away from his statements to CNBC.

"If stating some historical facts makes me a racist, then I suppose that I am a racist. For years, Japanese were condemned because they denied the Nanking massacre," he told CNBC in an email.

I revere the men to whom you refer, but I must say this is a very debatable assertion.

I have been adamantly opposed to all forms of tribal behavior my entire life!

Segregating humans into, and pandering to, “voting blocs” based on some accident of birth deeply offends me!

It deeply offends me that I am asked my gender, my age, my race, my nationality on government forms! And, whenever I can, I REFUSE TO ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS!

We are, last time I checked, supposed to be a “blind” society, and only our “character” is to matter!

If only “character” matters, what difference does my gender, age, race or nationality make?

LOL. I don’t disagree with any of these points, but the time frame you’re speaking of here is a bit more narrow than in your previous statement.

During the time of European colonialism/ medical discoveries that were beneficial in the exploration of Africa, Britain, France, and later Germany had no problem growing crops, domesticating livestock, and creating railways in subsaharan Africa. When the “exploiters” were driven out, Africa suffered and the age of the average lifespan dropped quickly after driving out the white man. How does Sowell explain that?

White boys don’t get the chance or the coaching after a certain level is reached.

If I had to make a guess as to why there is such a black/white disparity in professional sports, it would be that young black men place a much higher priority on achieving success in sports. How many white guys spend 4-5 hours a day playing pickup basketball games all the way through high school? Some, but probably not nearly the same ratio as black guys, and so the NBA, heck, even high school basketball, is dominated by black guys.

Haitians go on a genocidal rampage against all the whites in their territory

Haitians rejoice after murdering all the white people and proceed to turn their sections into a voodoo entrenched nightmare that still lingers to this day

Based Roman Catholics on the same Island only can shake their heads at Haitian futiliy

US continues to pour money into the Haitian nightmare
