Nobody is keeping them from adding a couple of zeros to their tax bill...
To hell with that.
If they feel so guilty take a couple of million and build a small (8-10 patient rooms) but well appointed and stocked hospital in any small Appalachian town.
Then endow it for at least 2 doctors, 2 nurses, and supplies for the next 50 years.
