Monies are endlessly fungible, spending is always moved around as available. A question to raise is if any of Harvey’s donations went towards staff salaries (Chelsea?) or expenses (Bill & Hill?).

A really ‘good’ response has already come about the Harvey donations to the Democratic National Committee (DNC). The DNC has stated that they are directing some of the recent Weinstein contributions to EMILY’s List, Higher Heights, and Emerge America. All of these are the equivalent of adjunct arms of the Democrat Party election apparatus. Convenient, no?

Exactly, if the "Foundation" has $250,000 in its coffers the Beast could return that amount to Harvey, his lawyers fees and the cost of his equine therapy must be astronomical. Poor Harv.

Wasn’t there a report by a charity monitoring group in 2016 that said the pass through rate for the Clinton Foundation was abysmally low; something on the order of 10-20%?
