Salem Witch Trials?(That wasn't nice either)

"The Salem witch trials were a series of hearings and prosecutions of people accused of witchcraft in colonial Massachusetts between February 1692 and May 1693. The trials resulted in the executions of twenty people, fourteen of them women, and all but one by hanging. Five others (including two infant children) died in prison."

Noticing a recurring theme in these countries who’s citizens are starving. There’s always a forbidden food source. And sicko craziness.

Hope she had a horrible blood borne disease to pass back onto them.

I had the chance to read Capt. Cook’s journals some time ago. He talked about how sparse the pacific islands were, both in fishing and in animal life. His crew had troubles finding fresh water sources and at times his supplies ran dangerously low. He ran into some large (for him) populations and he didn’t understand it at first - how did they survive when he was struggling to provision some 60 men? He got his answer when he ran into a tribe in the Cook Islands that were friendly enough at first, but like almost every tribe he ran into, made sport of stealing from his ship. The tribe would stake their captives in the shallows for 3 days ‘to tenderize them’. They were kept in a cage with others until they were staked alive. After 3 days, they hacked them up and cooked them. That’s how they lived. Cook met a similar ending in Hawaii. The flesh was stripped from his bones (and presumably eaten to capture his ‘magic’) and his jawbone and hair were turned into talismans.

I won’t believe that all cultures are equal until abortions are as safe and legal as they are in the United States. Just think, over 50 million and counting! It’s enough to bring a tear to your eye.

Somehow these people were left behind when Obama encouraged everyone to move here. But were they really? Judging by a Somali-ish looking young man who just showed up at my gym, I could be the next beheadee. He’s a real hater. I don’t think anyone is safe.

Yes, and diversity and inclusion are wonderful narratives that honor African traditions.

Convinced that she had broken their protection charms, the council of rebels sentenced both the woman and the son of her husband’s second wife to commit incest in public.

The depraved thugs then executed the woman and the young man by hacking them to death with machetes.

No problem, arrange for all these pink tee shirt wearing demons to confirm that their "protection charms" are indeed, broken all to Hell.

She should have served the fish with rice and not beans...

not to indulge in my white privilege but a one star review on Yelp would have sufficed for her culinary faux pas...
