In a Friday address to hundreds of enthusiastic Values Voter Summit participants, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows equated some members of Congress to dud shotgun shells, declaring that those who dont get behind President Donald Trumps America First agenda should be sent home.
We need to anticipate the battle that is still raging on the streets of Washington, D.C. in this place that they call the swamp, said the congressman.
The crowd cheered as Chairman Meadows said that draining the swamp includes every single member of the House and Senate. If theyre not willing to do what they promised on their campaign trail, its time to send them home.
He spoke of the American flag, remarking that there are times which arent for making a political statement. It is time that we stand and honor what it represents, he said of standing for the flag during the playing of the National Anthem. The crowd erupted in cheers.
Meadows asked the crowd if they were willing to fight even for a lost cause: When all of the media says that your voice doesnt matter, will you join me in making sure that they know that your voice matters and it is not to be denied? The crowd responded with applause.

I do not expect a hundred percent block vote but a handful of real jerks like McShame McConnell Lindsay etc are obstructing or ruining most of the big reasons we voted. This is, imho, disgusting.
Juan McLettuce comes to mind and his boi toy Linda Grahamnesty ....
Awful! ( which is to say, it’s wonderful- thanks)
To be fair Meadows blew the whistle on the healthcare act that would’ve forced veterans into the VA medical gulag.. I follow him on twitter. He isn’t a rubber stamper, but he is one of the most limited goby guys.
Everyone says throw the bums out. But everyone wants to keep their own bum because their bum has a lot of influence and can get things for their state.
Dana Loesch’s speech was amazing.
