The University of Pennsylvania awarded Biden an endowed chair, and he gives lectures there. Benjamin Franklin, who started UPenn during colonial Philadelphia days, must be rolling in his grave. Maybe not for the nuzzling, but the leftwing politics. Wikipedia:

In 2017, Biden was named the Benjamin Franklin Presidential Practice professor at the University of Pennsylvania, where he will focus on foreign policy, diplomacy, and national security while leading the Penn Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement.

Penn started up that Biden Center for Diplomacy, etc in 2015-16 in anticipation of Hillary being President. UPenn has had two women presidents in a row. The hypocrisy is stunning.

Biden is also chairman of the National Constitution Center in Philadelphia, whose Board is loaded with RINOs and Democrats, including Bill Clinton, Jeb Bush, Ed Rendell, John Bogle (chair of Vanguard Investments) and Amy Gutmann, president of UPenn. The National Constitution Center is giving their 2017 "Liberty" medal to John McCain on Monday.
