A former “ER” actress claims that she was sexually and racially harassed daily on set — and George Clooney helped “blacklist” her from Hollywood when she complained.
“Clooney helped blacklist me when I spoke up abt harassment on ER.’women who dont play the game lose career’I did,” tweeted Vanessa Marquez, who played a nurse on the show’s first three seasons.
She accused actor Eriq La Salle and a crew member of being “p—sy grabbers” and said racial abuse about her Mexican heritage came from “Anthony,Noah,Julianna.”
Marquez said she complained to executive producer John Wells.
“Wells was the boss&I 1st reported it to him.His 1st question:Did George do something to u,” she tweeted.
Marquez has appeared in a handful of short films and TV movies since the 1990s, according to her IMDb page. In 2005, she discussed her shopping addiction on the A&E reality show “Intervention.”
Her accusations came after Clooney denounced producer Harvey Weinstein for sexual assault, describing his alleged actions as “indefensible” but saying he had no idea what the movie mogul was up to behind closed doors.
And somebody told him that he needs to perfect talking while showing his teeth constantly, which comes off very homo.

That would seem to indicate a problem that is not with them, but with her.

As far as the comment about the p. grabbers, it sure sounds like a way to link all of these to Trump. Seriously, if a guy actually did that at work, who on earth would tolerate it? It’s not a lecherous remark or a long look down your cleavage. And then she mentions the Mexican stuff. Totally different issue.
if Hillary was President we wouldn’t be hearing so much about it. We’d be looking at photos of Weinstein and Clooney partying at the White House.

A lot of words. Some true. Some worthy of an exaggerated eye roll.
You know what no one is talking about yet? The pictures!
Some taken by the producer. Some taken by the women and sent to him at his request. Some were sent unsolicited.
He has a lot of photos and videos. Some of them were sent to him voluntarily by actresses who are now famous. If even ONE woman tries to file some sort of law suit against him, then all those images could become evidence, and that one actress could wind up taking down dozens/hundreds of other women with her. That’s one reason why they are quiet right now because they are terrified that there is no “right” thing for them to do”
Considering how most of Clooney’s movies have limited box office appeal or are outright bombs hard to figure out why this guy considered an A-lister.
