Sorry, just bought a 2017 hatchback Cruze RS with a stick. A friend (GM employee) got me a decent discount on it. I just broke 10,000 miles and it runs great.

I’d say more like American assembled.
Profits still go to Toyota in Japan.
It’s cheaper for Toyota to assemble
their autos here than to pay the
tariffs associated with completely
assembled autos being shipped here.
While they do employ a lot of people
here, many of their parts are still
made in Japan. Parts and warranty is
where the money is....
